Payment of Fines
If you wish to plead guilty to an offense which will result in a fine (only), you may pay the fines for some offenses in one of three ways: either in person, by mail, or online. Please note that the Municipal Court cannot accept credit cards except through the online payment system.
Some Useful Phone Numbers
You may pay fines in person or through the mail at the Court Administrator's office in the Borough Hall, 501 Washington Avenue, Woodbine, NJ 08270. You can verify the fine amount by calling the office at 609-861-2266. Some fines are also listed on the ticket.
Many offenses have standard state-wide fines. You may see a list of some of those offenses and their fines at the Judiciary's web site. Please note that these are minimum, mandatory fines; they cannot be reduced.
Some fines can be paid online. Go here to pay online with a credit card. Please note that the judiciary site only accepts MasterCard or Visa. Your driving record and court record will be updated upon payment.
