This form is for reporting emergencies with the water system owned and operated by the Woodbine Municipal Utilities Authority. Please do not use this form for any other matter. In the box labelled Emergency location, please include the address or a description of the location of the emergency. In the box marked Description, please describe the problem, for example, "Water main break", so we can send the proper equipment to the scene. Click the submit button when you are done.
